Homework Assignment Page

Most of the homework will be assigned from the text, Mathematical Methods for Scientists and Engineers by Donald McQuarrie. This page will give you the homework assignments and when they are due. (You may have to remind me to update this page to reflect the latest information.) It is hoped that this page will also lead to complete solutions for the homework problems that are graded. (See more on homework grading policy on the Exam and Grading policy page.)

There is excellent (free) tutorial help for this course in BA 247 on Thurs 10-12 and 1-3 by Professor Arnie Villone.

Week 15: This week finishes the material on Differential Equations for this semester (through 11.4). Your Final will be Monday, Dec. 13, 10:30-12:30. The final will be comprehensive with your best study guides being the previous exams (take home and in-class) and the material covered in class on second order linear differential equations (the homework). You can find your class standing from the Grades page. There are solutions available for Exam 2 over Linear Algebra and Exam 3 over Differential Equations. Also, solutions exist for Homework 10, Homework 11, and Homework 12. The last homework problems for the semester are:
Section 11.4 (p. 554) 1, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 13, 14, 15, 17, 26, 27, 28, 29 (due Monday, Dec. 13)
